This is the bus that the Zone Leaders rented to take us to Nafplio on a Zone trip. It was really nice to travel in comfort. The trip was 3 hours each way. Beats the city buses!

On our way to Nafplio, we stopped at the Corinth passage where the boats travel from the Aegean sea to the Ionian sea. While we were on the bridge looking down, some people off a cruise ship came along on a land tour. This guy walked up to and said " Hey you look familiar!" And I said, "So do you." Come to find out it was Bishop Jon Groneman and his wife. He was Mom's Bishop when she died. He conducted the funeral. Small world! Between our group of missionaries and their group, we think over half of us knew over half of them. President and Sister Charles are in the photo also.

Branch BARBQ
Mom & I are standing in front of the Halandri Chapel. We are here for the Branch BARBQ. We had to buy 48 hamberger buns, 48 hotdog buns and 8 packages of Potatoe chips and transport it all, along with Moms salad on the Metro to Halandri. We looked like pack mules.
Branch BARBQ
That is Dr. Larsen, Brother Frost and Sister Larsen on the left. Dr Larsen is the Doctor at the US Embassy. He helps us with missionaries and members. I call him when I need prescriptions or need to send an Elder to hospital. President Sankoh on the right. The cooking or the food was in good hands.
Branch BARBQ
This is GO GO! She is the mother of the Branch and trying to become the president of the Branch. She always says " in my second life I will be a man...woman finish....I will show them how to run the church. I will be a prophet." She is a real GO GOer!
Branch BARBQ
President Sankoh found that when your plate is full, just start eating and Sister Bell in the back stops the youngmen from coming back for seconds before everyone had a chance to go through. The Church is the same worldwide.
