This is the "LAIKY".  It is like a farmer's market, but it is much larger.  The have everything from dresses, shirts, etc. to onions and eggplants.   They are held in different areas of Athens each week.  This one is on our street one block  south of our apartment.  We bought 2 large bags (about 20 oranges in each bag)  for 2 Euros (about $2.80). The Laiky is kind of fun. All of the vendors are screaming prices and discriptions of their products at the top of their voices.
